At Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen, the safety of our guests is of utmost importance.
As a result of the official travel advice about the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (NCP), Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen will be applying a flexible cancellation policy on bookings meeting the below criteria:
• Flexible cancellation policy applies to all reservations made by all travelers. The Hotel will process cancellation with full refunds on request, before the arrival date. This will also apply to non-refundable bookings.
• Travel Period: All check-ins until March 31st, 2020

For a third-party booking (booking through online travel agents such as Ctrip, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia or etc.), cancellation must be made directly with the third party. Please contact their customer support team to process a booking cancellation, before the arrival date. The support teams will seek confirmation from the Hotel before processing your request.
The Hotel is NOT authorized to cancel and unable to provide refunds for any third-party reservations.
Direct booking no-show: Failure to arrive without contacting the Hotel, the full amount (including any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged.
Third-party booking no-show: Certain amount will be charged according to the third party agents' policies. Please contact the agent directly for more information.
